Send the Joy

When people think of shipping packages during the holidays they think of the hassle and inconvenience they’re about to experience, not the joy of sending gifts to their loved ones.

Through our series of social ads and pre-roll videos, we showed customers that with USPS' suite of services and products that this year would be different, this year they could sit back, sip the cocoa and ship from home.

We also got the opportunity to create a branded hashtag for the campaign on Twitter that encompassed our #sendjoy message.
